Recently Project Shrink has had an enormous increase in new readers. At this moment the Feedburner counter shows 14460 readers! WOW! I am very happy to welcome you all! The blog in its current form is almost a year old (July!), but my main site SoftwareProjects.org originates from 2001.

What was it that tipped you from niche to mainstream?
Hi Craig, fair question… although one can argue if the blog is mainstream
for the blog the tipping point can clearly be indicated: aweber.com. I use this email service for years on the main site to build a list. Starting this year aweber created an integration with feedburner, letting you combine the two. In this way, the main site and the blog become promotionly one. Hope this is not too technical
Congrats Bas – You need your own “Proud Postings” post to celebrate the jump in readership!
Keep on keeping on man!
Thanks Raven.. i have some nice things lined up for the summer to celebrate.. so, that might be one
