Add to that whatever tweaks you can make to the culture to support it &amp; you have a win-win situation. Biggest problem we have here is shifting priorities &amp; having key resources pulled off to fix legacy problems. It&#039;s hard to align the goals when the goals keep changing. By keeping everyone focused on the same goal, things get done, &amp; they get done well. Shorter iterations help, because they provide an opportunity to refocus.</description>
