		<description>Hi all, I would say it all depends on the project.  IF you&#039;re making coffee, no need to plan.  If you&#039;re hosting a party and you&#039;re making coffee for 50 people, plan a bit.  If you&#039;re planning a wedding, you need detail planning.

Size and complexity is the key factor, but unfortunately most PMOs will try to adopt one method for all their projects :-(</description>
