The Governments across the Globe are spending huge amounts in software projects to adapt E-Governance for delivery of services to citizens. But Software’s Chronic Crisis still exists due to less skilled Project Managers. There is an urgent need to train them and they should go for PMP to prove thier proficiency. I am also looking for case studies from more informative real-world situations.
